•How many mailboxes will be needed?
•Will the default numbering plan change?
•Will Dial by Name be used?
•If Dial by Name is used, will it be first or last name?
•How many greetings need to be recorded?
•Who will record the greetings?
•What information will the greetings contain?
•Will the site use the Automated Attendant feature?
