If the PIN code was not entered correctly, you can enter the PIN code again after a few seconds.

WARNING! Please note there are only three attempts available. After this, your SIM card must be revalidated with the “master PIN” (PUK). Refer to your GSM manual.

Note: If the message “Remove Card” appears in the display, remove the card from the telephone and confirm with YES.

4.10.2Copying the phone book from GSM mobile phones to the internal phone book and vice versa

You will not normally need this function if you use synchronisation regularly. Bear in mind that copying deletes the current phone book in the target device.

Copying should therefore only be used when you want to transfer the entire phone book to the SIM card or vice versa. Two functions “Card to Phone” and “Phone to Card” are available.

Example 1 for “Phone to Card”. You have a new mobile phone with a new SIM card and want to transfer the entire phone book from your telephone to the SIM card.

Example 2 for “Card to Phone”. You have not yet entered any telephone numbers into your telephone’s phone book and want to transfer the entire phone book from the SIM card to the telephone.
