4.Insert the supplied AC adapter’s barrel plug into the DC 12V jack on the back of the base. Route the adapter’s cord through the right slot on the bottom of the base.

5.Insert the tabs on the narrow end of the bracket into the upper slots on the bottom of the base, guide the modular and adapter cords through the cord slots on the bracket, and push the tabs on the wide end of the bracket into the slots on the bottom of the base.

6.Align the keyhole slots with the mounting screws and slide the base downward to secure it.

7.Plug the modular cord into a modu- lar phone line jack.

8.Plug the adapter into a standard AC outlet.

9.Lift the base’s antenna to a vertical position.
