On a Desk Top

1.Plug one end of the supplied long modular cord into

the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base.

2.

Plug the modular

 

 

 

cord’s other end

 

 

 

into a modular

 

 

 

phone line jack.

 

 

3.

Insert the

 

TEL

DC IN 9V

LINE

 

 

supplied AC

adapter’s barrel plug into the DC IN 9V jack on the back of the base.

4.Route the adapter’s cord through the strain relief slot on the base, then plug the adapter into a standard AC outlet.

5.Lift the base’s antenna to a vertical position.

On a Wall Plate

1.Plug one end of the supplied short modular cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base. Then insert the supplied AC adapter’s barrel plug into the DC IN 9V jack on the back of the base.

2.Route the adapter and modular cords through the grooves on the bottom of the base.

3.Plug the short modular cord into the wall plate jack, then align the base’s keyhole slots with the wall plate studs and slide the base down to secure it.
