Handset does not ring | The ringer volume may be switched off (if it is there will |

| Check that the base station is plugged into the phone |

| socket and mains power and switched on. |

Buzzing noise on my | Sometimes your BT Freestyle 4100 can interfere with |

radio, TV, computer | other electrical equipment if it is placed too close. |

| It is recommended that you place your BT Freestyle 4100 |

| handset at least one metre away from such appliances to |

| avoid any risk of interference. |
