Clock

Set the clock

0 ~ 59

Number of messages

A flashing number indicates new messages; a steady

 

 

number indicates the number of old messages.

 

 

NOTE: You can store approximately 15 minutes of

 

 

messages, memos, and announcements (maximum of

 

 

59 messages).

An

Answer machine

A blinking (An) code indicates that the system is

 

 

answering a call.

A1

Announcement 1

A1 flashes when the outgoing announcement plays

 

 

(e.g., if you press the ANNC button, as the outgoing

 

 

message plays A1 flashes in the display window).

LA

Line access

The LA code appears when they system is accessed

 

 

remotely. You can access messages from any remote

 

 

touch-tone phone. The default code is 123.

Answer Off

The answering machine is off.

F

Memory full

A blinking (F) code indicates that the memory is full.
