4.9 Delete all entries

2.Scroll dto DELETE ALL and press m.

3.Display shows CONFIRM?. Press m.

4.Press >to return to standby.mtwice.

4.10Copy phonebook to another handset

1.Press mtwice.

2.Scroll dto PB TRANSFER and press m.

3.Scroll uor dto the number of the handset you want the phonebook copied to. Press m.

On the receiving handset:

1.TRANS. FROM: HANDSET X (where X is the handset number of the sending handset) is displayed.

Press mto start the copying process.

2.When DONE! is displayed on both handsets, press >to return to standby.

NOTE

If an entry with the same name and number is already stored in the receiving handset, it will not be copied across.

4.11 One touch keys

The keys 1to 9enable one touch dialling of entries stored in the phonebook.

4.12 Dial a one touch number

1.Press and hold a number key . - The number is displayed and dialled.

2.Press >to cancel the dialling and return to standby.1to 9

4.13 Store a phonebook entry as a one touch number

1.Press

2.Scroll dto DIRECT MEM and press m.

3.Press uor dto select KEY 1 - 9 and press m. The current entry, if any, is displayed.

4.Press magain to open the options menu.

5.Press mto ADD an entry from the phonebook.

6.Scroll uor dto the entry you want. Press mto confirm or >to return to standby.mtwice.
