Making cost-effective calls

Press keys:

Automatic preselection

You can store the number of a frequently used network provider (call-by-call). It is automatically put in front of the telephone number dialled (“linking”).

You must therefore define lists of telephone numbers to be dialled “with preselection” and “without preselection”.

List with preselection

In this list telephone numbers to be used with auto- matic preselection are stored.

Example:

You enter a “ 0 ” in this list. Whenever you dial a tele- phone number that begins with “0”, the stored network provider prefix is used automatically.

List without preselection

In this list telephone numbers not to be used with au- tomatic preselection are stored.

Example:

You enter “00” in this list. Whenever a telephone number that begins with “00” is dialled, automatic preselection is not used .

¬For information on manual “linking” of a net- work provider prefix (call-by-call) and a tele- phone number, see page 22.
