Internal enquiry calls

You are conducting a call with an external user. You can call another internal user and conduct an enquiry call without clearing down the initial connection. You are automatically reconnected to the external user when you end the enquiry call.

Press the display key – the external user hears music on hold.

Enter the internal number of the handset. You are now talking to the second internal user.

Ending the enquiry call:

Open the menu.

Confirm.

You are reconnected to the external user.

The external call is transferred to the second internal user.

Accepting or rejecting a waiting call

You hear the call waiting tone (short beep) if you re- ceive an external call while conducting an internal call. This function must be requested from the network pro- vider.

Open the menu.

Confirm. The internal call is ended. You are connected to the external caller.

Select the menu item and confirm.

You are still connected to the internal user.
