IDENTIFICADOR DE LLAMADA EN ESPERA CON OPCIONES

(CALL WAITING ID WITH OPTIONS)

Cuando una llamada emite un tono al entrar, usted puede oprimir el botón del menú para revisar las opciones del servicio de Llamada en Espera con Opciones en lugar de simplemente tomar la llamada, oprimiendo el botón “FLASH”. Cuando aparece el menú, usted puede escoger una de las siguientes opciones:

TRANSFERENCIA A CORREO DE VOZ

Oprima el 9 para transferir a la persona esperando a su correo de voz y continuar conectado con su llamada telefónica actual. Usted puede también oprimir el botón “FLASH” y esperar 10 segundos a que aparezca el menú de funciones especiales de Llamada en Espera con Opciones. Usted puede entonces hacer su selección.

OCUPADO (TELL BUSY)

Oprima el 8 para conectar a la persona esperando a un anuncio previamente especificado y continuar conectado con su llamada telefónica actual. Usted puede también oprimir el botón “FLASH” y esperar 10 segundos a que aparezca el menú de funciones especiales de Llamada en Espera con Opciones. Usted puede entonces hacer su selección.
