Base Menu Soft Functions

Factory Settings

If you wish to reset your phone to the settings programmed at the factory:

Press MENU, then scroll to BASE SETTINGS.

Press SELECT, then scroll to FACTORY SETTINGS.

Press SELECT, the screen will display RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS ARE YOU

SURE?

Press YES or NO.

Delete Handsets

To deregister all handsets from the base:

Press MENU, then scroll to BASE SETTINGS.

Press SELECT, then scroll to DELETE HANDSETS.

Press SELECT. The screen will display DELETE REGISTRATION FOR ALL HANDSETS ARE YOU SURE? Press YES to deregister all handsets.

NOTE: If you choose this option, you will need to re-register the handset(s) to the base before you can use your phone. See Installation and Registration of Accessory Handset on page 11-13 for instructions.

Phonebook Memory

Your base can store up to 50 numbers with names in memory. Each memory location can hold up to 32 digits for the number and 16 characters for the name.

When prompted to Enter Name, use the digit keys to spell the name. Each press of a particular key causes characters to be displayed in the following order:
