Telephone settings

Edit handset name

Press MENU/SELECT to display the menu when in idle mode.

Press or to reach Setup HS. Press MENU/SELECT.

Press or to reach Handset Name. Press MENU/SELECT.

Press REMOVE to backspace and erase characters. Press and hold REMOVE to delete the entire entry. Press * to alternate between uppercase and lowercase.

Use the keypad to enter characters (see the chart on page 17). Press

MENU/SELECT.

The screen displays Stored and you’ll hear a confirmation beep.

Language

To change the language for all screen displays:

Press MENU/SELECT to display menu when in idle mode.

Press or to reach Setup HS. Press MENU/SELECT.

Press or to reach Language. Press MENU/SELECT.

A checkmark is shown next to the current selection. Press or to choose the desired language.

Press MENU/SELECT.

The screen displays Stored and you’ll hear a confirmation beep.
