Installation

Desk/table bracket installation

The telephone base comes with the desk/table bracket installed and ready for tabletop use.

To remove the bracket:

1.Push the bracket away from the telephone base as shown below. Do not remove the bracket by force to avoid breakage of the tabs.

To install the bracket:

1.Align the tabs of the bracket with the slots at the bottom of the telephone base as shown in the diagram.

2.Slide the bracket towards the center of the telephone base until it clicks into place.

Dial type

If you have touch-tone service, your telephone is ready to use as soon as the battery is charged. If you have pulse (rotary) service, the dial type must be changed. To change the dial type, see Dial type section on page 12.
