Press repeatedly to hear setup options (page 32).

Press to review or set clock (page 30).

Answering system operation

Message capacity

The answering system can record up to 95 mes- sages depending on the length of each message. Individual messages can be up to four minutes Ɛ ǍǑ minutes. Messages will remain available for replay until you delete them.

Voice prompts

Each time you press any answering system key, the answering system uses voice prompts to guide you.

Press to review or record announcement; press again to quit (page 31).

Press to record a memo (page 34) or after press- ing ANNC. to record an outgoing announce- ment (page 31).

Press to turn answer- ing system on or off (page 36).

Press to adjust play- back volume (page 33).

Press to skip a mes- sage (page 33).
