Troubleshooting

Problem: The voice over the microphone is too low.

Please make sure that the boom microphone is correctly placed close to your mouth. The white marking has to be in the direction of your mouth (BT2200/3200). In addition, the microphone sensitivity can be adjusted as required (page 24).

Make sure this white marking is in the direction of your mouth.

Problem: The call cannot be accepted during music and intercom usage. Make sure that the automatic call acceptance is activated. If it is set to manual call acceptance, you will have to press the [T] button to accept the call.
