4). When activating the VOX after is has turned off, a delay of 3 seconds is required before resuming conversation. The activation of the VOX will provide a sound in the headset.

5). Depending on the helmet type and motorcycle, ambient noises could activate the VOX at higher speeds (~60 MPH). In that case, please protect the microphone as much as possible from ambient noises and lower the microphone sensitivity. If you ride for long hours at high speeds, we recommend that you switch off channel 2 at one headset. If the channel is switched on again, the headsets are paired and the communications can resume.

Adjustment of microphone sensitivity

If the VOX does not function appropriately, the microphone sensitivity should be adjusted. The individual adjustment depends on the helmet, riding conditions, and the voice level.

1). Press [+] & [-] keys simultaneously for 6 seconds (from a power off status). Release the keys.

2) Adjustments

Low: 4x flashing within 2 seconds

Middle: 2x flashing within 2 seconds

High: 1 long flash for 2 seconds

Repeat key presses until adjustment level desired.
