Outbox
To use the Outbox, you must assign the Outbox feature to a soft key. After you assign a key, the IP Phone 2001 logs all outgoing calls. The system logs the outgoing key number, time, and date. If the duration of the call is more than two seconds, the system captures the display as it appeared when the call was made.
The Outbox can store a maximum of 10 calls. When the maximum is reached, the oldest call is dropped. Calls appear in the list in order in which they were made, with the most recent call at the top of the list.
The Outbox call display consists of a time or date stamp and a name or number. A time stamp appears beside calls you made on the same day on which you view the Outbox. A date stamp appears beside calls that you made prior to the day of viewing. If no name or number was extracted from the display, the number dialed appears. Use the up and down navigation keys to scroll through the list. The list does not wrap around.
