NOTE: The LIP Phone must be enabled for ACD (refer to the Installer Guide for the steps to enable the ACD function).
To deactivate ACD for a Line:
1)Press the ACD Agent button.
2)Press the Line button to deactivate ACD.
3)Use the backspace key to delete the Group ID.
4)Select the [ OK ] Softkey.
To activate ACD operation for a Line and

To set the extension to the “available” status:
1)Press the “ACD Agent” button.
NOTE: The Agent must be checked in to set the available status.
2)Press the Line button, and then press the [Avail] Softkey. The [Avail] Softkey appears only if the Agent is unavailable.

To set the extension to the “unavailable” status:
1)Press the “ACD Agent” button.
