To removes lines and extensions from service:

1.Press TALK.

2.Dial #40.

3.Dial the number of the extension you want to remove or return to service (e.g., 300).

OR

Dial the number of the trunk you want to remove or return to service (e.g., 101).

4.Dial 4 to return or 6 to remove.
