You can also make Voice Carry Over (VCO) or Hearing Carry Over (HCO) calls with your Q90D.

Voice Carry Over (VCO) Calls

(Factory setting is OFF.)

Voice Carry Over (VCO) is for people who can speak, but have difficulty hearing. These calls are made through a Relay Service with the help of a Relay Service Communications Assistant (CA).This feature allows the outgoing conversation to be voiced, while providing a text display of the incoming response.

Since the VCO mode is not automatically set in the ON position, you must turn it ON for each VCO conversation. When the VCO mode is ON, the built-in microphone automatically switches to ON so you can speak into it when the other party sends you the GA message. If the microphone does not turn ON automatically, hold down CTRL and press F5 to turn it ON manually.
