•Make sure you have installed three AA alkaline batteries with correct polarity.

•Replace old batteries with three new ones.

Screen is Blank

•Make sure you have correctly installed three AA alkaline batteries.

•The screen is blank until you receive a call.

•Make sure all line cords are correctly connected.

•The phone does not display the time and date until the first call is received.

•You must subscribe to service from your local phone service provider to see call information on the screen (see “About Caller Identification” in BEFORE YOU BEGIN).
