Every record inside the phone book has 2 fields: Name and Phone number

The Name field is the primary key of the record and phone number is the field you can use to store extension number, phone number or IP address. The phone book records are sorted by Name automatically. You can perform search, add, delete tasks to update your phone book.

Press “P-Book” key again to exit phone book mode

Press Cancel or P-Book Key will

System will dial the number in the field then quit Phone book Mode

Cancel

The record will be deleted and the system will return to browsing mode again.

Press “ ” to quit Phone book edit mode and save the changes Press “#” to quit Phone book edit mode and ignore the changes.
