To activate / deactivate Call Barring

To set or deactivate the prefix number
This feature allows you to set the phone to use the cheapest operator prefix. The maximum length of the prefix is 5 digits. Once the prefix number is set, it is automatically inserted at the beginning of each number dialed out.
