Available functions during message playback :

KEYS FUNCTIONS

Skip back to the previous message.

Play all recorded messages (new and old and memo) or play the current message again.

Skip forward to the next message while listening.

Delete the current message.

Stop message playback.

Delete current message

1.Press to enter answer machine mode.

2.Press to start message playback.

3.Press to delete the current message. A long beep confirms deletion of the message and the next message is played.

Repeat step 3. to delete further messages. Note: Messages deleted can not be recovered.

Answer machine settings

Use the answer machine menu via the handset to change the settings of the answer machine.

To select the answer mode

By default the answer machine is set in „Answering & recording“ mode (messages can be left by the callers), this can be change in „Answer only“ (no messages can be left by the callers).

1.Press and press Down to reach ANS MACHINE.

2.Press , ANSWER ONLY is shown.

3.Press , scroll to select the appropriate setting (ACTIVATED or

DEACTIVATED).

4.Press to confirm.
