Finding a Destination by Place Type

2Select By Place Type.

3Select a desired POI Category.

There are 37 POI categories to choose from including ATMS, Banks, Gas Stations, Grocery Stores, Hotels, Parking Lots, Restaurants and more.

4Select Search Method.

Sort by Distance

5The list of place names appears in order of distance from the current vehicle posi- tion within the state region being searched.

6Select the place ➔ OK to Proceed

Sort by Name

5Follow 3 to 5 in “Finding a Destination by Place Name” on Page 16.

Within a City

5Type the city name and select a city.

6The list of Places appears in order of the distance from the selected city. Select the desired place.

7Touch OK to Proceed on the confirmation screen.
