Volume set wrongly.

► Tap on the symbol for settings on your Pocket LOOX.

Touch the audio symbol:

Select the tab for headphones, microphone or loudspeaker.

Adjust the volume using the slide control.

Poor reception via GPS

Your sales receipt.
