Troubleshooting and tips

If a fault occurs in your Pocket LOOX, try to eliminate it using the steps described in this chapter. If you cannot correct the problem, proceed as follows:

Make a note of the steps and the circumstances that led to the fault. Also make a note of any error messages displayed.

Switch the Pocket LOOX off.

Contact your sales outlet or our hotline/help desk.

The Pocket LOOX’s time or date are not correct
