Display messages

One of the following messages will be displayed in the condition described below.

Phonebook full

L There is no space to store new items in the phonebook.

 

Erase unnecessary items (page 15).

No items stored

L Your phonebook, redial list or caller list is empty.

Memory full

L Conversation recording memory is full. Erase

 

unnecessary items (page 28)

Troubleshooting

General use

Problem

Cause & solution

The unit does not work.

L Check the connections (page 7).

 

L Unplug the unit’s AC adaptor or Interface cable to reset

 

the unit. Reconnect the adaptor or interface cable and

 

try again.

I cannot hear a dial tone.

L Confirm that the telephone line cord is connected

 

(page 7).

 

L Disconnect the unit from the telephone line and connect

 

a known working telephone. If the working telephone

 

operates properly, contact our service personnel to

 

have the unit repaired. If the working telephone does

 

not operate properly, contact your telephone company.
