Erasing Caller List Information

After checking the Caller List, you can erase some or all of the entries.

Make sure that the handset is on the cradle, the AC adaptor is connected and the SP-PHONE/HEADSET indicator light is off.

To erase a specific caller from the Caller List

Press (_) or (^) to enter the list.

Press (_) or (^) repeatedly to find the caller you want to erase from the Caller List.

Press (CLEAR).

³A beep sounds and the information is erased.

³After a few seconds, the display will show the previous caller information.

³To return to the standby mode, press (FUNCTION/EXIT) or wait for 60 seconds.

To erase all entries in the Caller List

Make sure that the unit is in the standby mode.

1 Press (CLEAR).

³To stop erasing procedures, press (FUNCTION/EXIT).

2 Press (ß) OK/EDIT.

³A beep sounds and all entries are erased. ³NO ITEMS STORED” is displayed, and

the unit returns to the standby mode.
