You can turn ON/OFF playing music during the hold as follows. Your phone comes from the factory set to ON.

Make sure that a call is not put on hold.

The current setting is displayed.

OR

To turn ON, press (1).

5 Press (PROGRAM). A long beep sounds.

The unit will return to the standby mode.
