OPERATION

Priority Channel

The feature allows user to monitor one of the 40 channels, monitoring it every 1.5 secs during Group Scanning. The Priority Channel can also be monitored with Dual Watch, see page 18.

Choosing a Priority Channel

1. Press MENU three times. PRI setting flashes.

Programming Scan Channels

1.Select which Scanning Mode you wish to use on the channel OS or GS Mode.

OS is indicated by the absence of the GS icon.

2.Select the channel you want to

store by pressing or .

MEM icon appears.

4.To remove the channel from Memory, Press and hold CALL to

remove. MEM icon disappears.
