Using the DXI665 Base Unit

Making and Receiving Calls

To make a call using the Base Unit, follow these steps:

1.Press speaker. The speaker LED lights.

2.Listen for the dial tone.

3.Dial the number.

4.Press speaker again to hang up.

To answer a call using the Base Unit, follow these steps:

1.Press speaker. The speaker LED lights.

2.Talk into the Base microphone.

3.Press speaker again to hang up.

Redialing the Last Number Called

To redial the last number called, follow these steps:

1.Press speaker. The speaker LED lights.

2.Listen for the dial tone.

3.Press redial.

4.Press speaker again to hang up when you’ve finished your call.
