NOTE: If the Base Unit is the one on a call, follow the same steps, except press the

button instead of the

button to answer or disconnect the second call.

DIALING STORED NUMBERS

There are 10 memory locations available for the Base Unit and 10 memory locations available for the Handset. See “Entering Base Unit Memory Numbers” on page 35 or “Entering Handset Memory Numbers” on page 36.

Dialing Base Unit Memory Numbers

For example, to dial memory number 3 from the Base Unit:

1. Press or or on the Base Unit.

NOTE: When is pressed, the DX8200 returns to the last line dialed

2. Press on the Base Unit and number on the Base Unit keypad.

NOTE: If you select a memory location that does no have a stored number, the Base Unit will beep rapidly and the phone will not dial.

Dialing Handset Memory Numbers

For example, to dial memory number 4 from the Handset:

1.Pick up the Handset.

2.Press or or .

NOTE: When is pressed, the DX8200 returns to the last line dialed.

3.Press .

4.Press number on the Handset.

NOTE: If you select a memory location that does no have a stored number, the Handset will beep rapidly and the phone will not dial.
