Programming Base Speed Dial Numbers

The base allows you to store up to ten frequently-dialed numbers for speed dialing through the base speakerphone. Each speed dial number may contain up to twenty digits (including pauses). The base speed dial numbers are separate from the handset phonebook entries and must be programmed individually.

To program numbers into the base speed dial memory:

) With the phone in standby, press [memory] on the base.

2) Use the base number keypad to enter the phone number that you would like to store (up to twenty digits). If you need the phone to pause during dialing, press [redial/pause] to insert a two-second pause. You can insert multiple pauses to increase the time; each pause counts as one digit.

3) Press [memory] again, and then press the number key [0] to [9] you want to use when dialing this phone number. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Note: If there is already a speed dial number saved to that number key, the phone number will be overwritten.

To delete stored numbers from the base speed dial memory:

) With the phone in standby, press [memory] on the base twice.

2)Press the number key [0] to [9] that contains the speed dial number you want to delete. You will hear a confirmation tone.
