Changing Channels, Hold, Mute, and Flash
To change channels, place a call on hold, mute a call, or access call waiting while on the phone, follow these steps:

MUTE
FLASH
Note: You can only mute a
call while using the Base Unit.
If the call waiting tone
sounds, press (FLASH)to accept the waiting call.
If you have finished a call and want to make another
call, press (FLASH) to hang up and get a dial tone.
Press to disable the
Base Unit microphone. The Mute LED lights. Note: You will be able to
hear the caller, but they will not hear you.
If the call waiting
tone sounds, press (FLASH) to accept the waiting call.
If you have finished a call and want to make another
call, press (FLASH)tohang up and get a dial tone.
*Note: If you do not have any special phone services, pressing FLASH might disconnect the current call.
If the above FLASH operation does not work and you have Telecom's easy call service connected then follow Telecom's instructions to operate "call waiting".
