General Radio Operation

Use the Preprogrammed Volume Set Button

1Turn the radio on and select the desired zone and channel. See Turn the Radio On, page 14 and Zones and Channels, page 15.

2Press and hold the Volume Set button to hear the volume set tone.

3Release the Volume Set button.

4 Adjust the Volume Control

Knob if necessary.

5Press and hold the PTT button to transmit. LED lights RED while transmitting.

6Release the PTT button to receive (listen).
