Basic Operation

ON/STAND-BY ALARM RESET

Display brightness control (DIMMER)

Press the SNOOZE/DIMMER button to adjust the brightness of LCD display.

Dimmer 1 (Display is dim)

Dimmer 2 (Display gets dimmer)

Dimmer off (Display is bright)

Volume auto set in

If you turn off and on the unit with the volume set to 17 or higher, the volume starts at 16.

VOLUME

Volume control

Press the Volume button (VOLUME –) to decrease volume and (VOLUME +) to increase volume.

To turn the power on

Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.

The first time power is supplied to the unit, the clock will be blinking on the display. Please set the time and date (refer page 8).

After use:

Press the ON/STAND-BY button to enter the power stand-by mode.

Auto power off function

The unit will enter the stand-by mode (when iPod or iPhone is not docked) after 15 minutes of inactivity during:

iPod or iPhone: No connection.

AUDIO IN: No detection of input signal or very low sound audibility.

Note:

However, if iPod or iPhone is docked, the unit will begin charging.
