Browsing Music: Media Servers will be default sort your music based on data found inside of the music files. It will attempt to sort it based on several pieces of information include artist, title, genre, album name, etc.

Please select a method to sort your music by. If you wish to see all the files in their folders, then select the ‘Folder’ option. Selecting ‘All Tracks’ will put all of the pictures in one large list, disregarding any folder structure. Once you have selected a sort style, then press the remote’s right control button.

NOTE: Sorting primarily uses ID3 and similar tagging formats. Sometimes information in these tagging formats is inaccurate or incomplete. In these cases your music may not appear to be sorted correctly. In this event, using the ‘Folder’ navigation options allows you to see all your files and any folder based sorting you have.
