Traveling Recording Picture Frame/Alarm Clock

Your RadioShack Traveling Recording Picture Frame/Alarm Clock combines a clock with a recorder that uses the latest IC (memory) recording technology to record sounds without tape or moving parts. You can easily see the time, and you can record an important message as well. At a time you set, you can have the recorder play the message automatically. The IC lets you record a new message as many times as you like.

The clock includes these features.

Large Display — lets you easily see the time and alarm settings.

Built-In Photo Frame — holds a favorite

picture.

1.Use a Phillips screwdriver to

screw from the battery compart- ment cover.

2. Slide off the bat- tery compart- ment cover.

3.Grasp the white plastic sheet and gently pull it off.

4.Make sure the batteries are in posi- tion, then replace the battery cover and secure it with the screw.

Framing a Picture

10-Second Solid-State Recorder — records and plays a single message as an alarm or memo.

Clock Alarm — alerts you with a repeat- ing series of four beeps, or announces the prerecorded message.

Compact Size — makes it handy to pack or carry wherever you go.

PREPARATION

Removing the Battery

Insulation Strips

Your picture frame/alarm clock comes equipped with four type 357A button-cell batteries already installed. However, be- fore you can use the clock, you must re- move the plastic insulation sheet from inside the battery compartment.

Select a picture or photograph which is thin enough to fit into the frame’s slot. Trim the picture to 25/8 × 23/8 inches (66 × 60 mm), then insert the picture from the top of the frame and push it down until it touches the bottom of the frame.

Photo

To replace the picture, slide it up until it clears the upper edge frame opening.
