To access the Power saving feature:

1.Press MENUMENUto GPS SETUPENTto POWER SAVINGENT.

2.Press or to move the slider bar. The left end of the scale is minimum power saving (full battery power); the right end of the scale is maximum power saving (minimum battery power.)

3.To return to the last page displayed, press EXITEXIT.

For even greater power efficiency you can stop receiving GPS signals entirely by activating the Use Indoors command. Use Indoors is de- scribed later in this section.

Reset Options

To reset all features to their factory defaults:

Press MENUMENUto SYSTEM SETUPENTto RESET OPTIONSENTto

YESENT.

NOTE:

Reset Options does not erase any waypoints, routes, icons or plot trails.

Screen Contrast and Brightness

To access the Screen Menu, press MENUMENUENT. Once in the Screen Menu, you can adjust the various levels using the following in- structions.

To adjust the display's contrast:

1.The CONTRAST slider bar is already selected. Press or to move the bar. The left end of the scale is minimum contrast; the right end is maximum contrast.
