Language setting menu can be accessed through the top menu. Push the Menu Up button until you get to the top menu screen.
SET lAnGUAGE
Use the Scroll Up and Down keys to highlight the language preference, then press Enter. The language you select will automatically default the date settings to the regional preference. See below for details.
