Troubleshooting

1.Recode-1 will not save new recordings

Ensure that the internal & SD memory card are not completely full.

2.Recording file is corrupt & will not play

Replace the battery with a new one.

The battery may have been too weak, replace prior to your next recording.

3.Recording file cuts off unexpectedly during playback

The memory on the RECODE-1 filled up before you ended the recording session. Clear the memory prior to your next session. Also, use the expandable SD Memory for increased storage.

4.There is no audio out in the headphones

Check to confirm that the headphones are plugged into the HEADPHONE/LINE OUT jack.

Make sure that the power is on and playback mode is enabled.

Check the battery, you may need to replace with a brand new one.
