Basic Operation

Charging the Battery

Plug the small end of the USB cable into the Mini USB port on the bottom of the MP850, and plug the large end of the cable into an available USB port on your desktop or notebook computer. The MP850’s internal Li-ion battery will automatically begin charging.

Power ON

Press and hold the button to turn on the player. An animated logo will appear, followed by the player status information. After the startup sequence, the Main Menu will be displayed, indicating the MP850 is ready for use.

οIt takes a few seconds for the MP850 to power up.

οIf the Hold icon appears on the display while powering on the unit, this means that the MP850’s switch is enabled. You must switch off the Hold mode before you can power on the player.

Power OFF

Press and hold the button to turn of MP850 f the 850.

οIt takes a few seconds for the MP850 to completely power down.

οThe power OFF animation will be displayed:
