MP850 features a SLEEP Mode, which acts as a Power Saving feature. You can preset your MP850 to Power OFF automatically after 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please refer to the “Sleep” section in SETTINGS.

The MP850 only supports “.MTV” Video files, please see the “Transcend Multimedia Converter” section on how to convert your videos to the MTV format.
Having problems converting Video files with the Transcend Multimedia Converter
First, download DirectX 9.0 (or later) onto your computer. Next, open the Video file on you computer that you had a problem converting and try playing it, if the Video does not play, then this means that the Video Codec you are trying to convert has a compatibility issue with your PC and cannot be converted using the Transcend Multimedia Converter.
