1Be sure to turn off the DVD player then remove the battery pack from the player.

(Note: Charging the battery pack with the vehicle adapter may cause smoke, fire or electrical shock to human body. ALWAYS remove the battery pack before using the vehicle adapter.)

2Turn on the vehicle engine so that the cigarette lighter socket or power port is powered. In some vehicles the cigarette lighter socket or power port is powered even when the vehicle’s engine is not running. It is important that the vehicle owner’s manual be consulted.

3Insert the plug of the adapter into the cigarette lighter socket or power port fully.

4Insert the pin plug of the adapter into the DC IN 12V jack of the DVD player.

5 Turn on the DVD player.

6When disconnecting the DVD player, first turn off the DVD player, then remove the adapter pin plug from the DVD player and then the power plug from the cigarette lighter socket or power port.

7Before turning off the vehicle engine or leaving the vehicle, be sure to turn off the player then remove the adapter pin plug from the DVD player.
