After completing installation of the firmware upgrade program, decompress the downloaded ‘Zip’ file or ‘EXE’ file containing the firmware data. You download the firmware data from ‘Library’ on the iAUDIO.com site as a Zip file.

Copy the decompressed files into the "C:\program files\cowon\iAUDIO 4" folder.
