Connect & Disconnect from PC

CONNECT THE MEDIA PLAYER TO COMPUTER

1.Slide the power/lockswitch up to power on the media player. Wait until the main screen displays. The DMP040 will require use of the AC Power Adapter.

2.Plug the mini-end of the supplied USB cable to the media player, and the other end to your computer’s USB port.

3.Once connected to your computer, the media player should be detected by your computer operating system automatically. You will see the following message showing on the DMP740 (no display on the DMP040).
