Q. Poor fm reception.

Weak signal. Adjust the headphone cable or antenna. Battery weak. Switch over to AC power.

Q. My pss shows this [file error] icon.

You have a file error: system files may be missing or there is a format error on pss.

To remedy, please connect pss to your PC with the included USB cable and to the

main power supply with the included adapter. Start Device Manager

On your pss, you can check your firmware version from the menu options.

Clock date and time incorrect.

Alarm source/ occurrence not selected.

 

Check you have activated all the necessary alarm settings.
