Electronic Program Guide

Your Set-Top Box has an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) to help you navigate through all the possible viewing options. The EPG supplies information, such as program lists, start and end times of all available channels. In addition, the detailed information about the program is often available in the EPG. (The availability and the amount of pro- gram details will vary depending on the broadcaster.)

Viewing the Electronic Program Guide (EPG)

ADisplays which channel is currently selected to show program information in the Channel Guide.

BPress to view detailed information for the selected digital program.

CSwitches to the mini program guide. The mini guide shows the titles of the avail- able programs of one channel. Press the Red button(ASPECT) on the remote con- trol.

The set default guide is Mini Guide.

DScrolls backwards quickly (2 hours). Press the Green button(ADD/DEL) on the remote control and repeatedly press ENTER until the appropriate time is dis- played.

EScrolls forward quickly (2 hours). Press the Yellow button(MTS) on the remote control and repeatedly press ENTER until the appropriate time is displayed.

FExits from the Program Guide and returns to normal viewing mode. Press the Blue button(CAPTION) on the remote control.

GDisplays titles and other details about upcoming programs of particular chan- nels. Highlight the program and press ENTER to see additional and detailed information. (The availability of additional details depends on the broadcaster.)

HDisplays the program times (arranged in 1 hour time blocks)

IDisplays the current time and date.

NOTE

You can use the Guide button on the remote control to display the Electronic Program Guide. The EPG begins its list with the channel that is currently active.
