How to clean the speakers

Wipe the speakers using a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent such as dish soap. Do not use solvents, chemicals, or sprays. You can also lightly vacuum the grilles.

Do not allow liquids to spill or objects to drop into any openings.

Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with your Companion 2 speakers, turn off your sound source and try the solutions below. If they don’t solve your problem, disconnect the speakers and contact your local Bose® dealer to arrange for service. Or, to contact Bose directly, refer to the list included with your system.
